Quality and Safety in Nursing: Recommendations From a Systematic Review.

As a consistent 24-hour presence in hospitals, nurses play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety (Q&S) of patient care. However, a comprehensive review of evidence-based recommendations to guide nursing interventions that enhance the Q&S of patient care is lacking. Therefore, the purpose of our systematic review was to create evidence-based recommendations for the Q&S component of a nursing professional practice model for military hospitals. To accomplish this, a triservice military nursing team used Covidence software to conduct a systematic review of the literature across five databases. Two hundred forty-nine articles met inclusion criteria. From these articles, we created 94 recommendations for practice and identified eight focus areas from the literature: (1) communication; (2) adverse events; (3) leadership; (4) patient experience; (5) quality improvement; (6) safety culture/committees; (7) staffing/workload/work environment; and (8) technology/electronic health record. These findings provide suggestions for implementing Q&S practices that could be adapted to many healthcare delivery systems.

Teaching psychiatric nursing with films during the COVID-19 pandemic: A qualitative study.

Interactive learning environments are known to be among the most effective methods used in education. Some of the interactive methods used in psychiatric nursing education are simulations, group discussions, case studies and video and film presentations. In psychiatric nursing education, cinematic films are among the online methods used. It is known that films used in psychiatric nursing education are useful for understanding mental disorders, the nurse-patient relationship, the roles of the nurse and the therapeutic environment. The COVID-19 pandemic deeply affected nursing education, and the difficulties faced gave rise to many new perspectives. After this period, it is of prime importance to update the nursing curriculum and develop new strategies in clinical practice. Teaching with films can help students to understand people's feelings, make sense of them and empathize. This method can have an emotional impact on student nurses and take learning to a deeper level beyond simple theoretical understanding. The findings of the study suggest that teaching through film is an effective method that can be used practically in psychiatric nursing education. Standardizing these practices may be an effective strategy for developing students' professional identity as nurses. This study is focused on undergraduate students, but has implications for nurses in continuing education and professional development of nurses in developing a positive perspective towards psychiatric patients, increasing self-awareness and reducing prejudices. INTRODUCTION: The COVID-19 pandemic affected many areas of life and had a negative effect on education. This study investigated the impacts of using film as a method of education in students who were taking Psychiatric Nursing class during the COVID-19 pandemic, examining how this method contributed to theoretical and clinical practices of the students, their personal development and their viewpoint on psychiatric patients. This study adopted a qualitative research design. The study data were collected from 15 nursing students in June 2022. Interviews were conducted, audiotaped and transcribed verbatim. The method of education via film made contributions such as better theoretical understanding of the subjects taught, acquisition of analytical thinking skills and greater awareness of professional nursing skills and care practices. The students developed their professional perspectives, and their motivation increased. Using film is effective and practical when used in psychiatric nursing education. Standardizing these practices may be an effective strategy for developing students' sense of their identity as professional nurses. This study relates directly to undergraduate students and also has implications for nurses undergoing continuing education and professional development.

Towards Evidence-based Care: Promoting Cognitive Well-being of Older People

The article by Mamayson and Lacanaria 1 in Acta Medica Philippina summarized the available evidence on the effects of cognitively stimulating activities (CSA) on the overall cognitive functioning of older people with mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Aside from the new evidence, it also provided insights on how the findings of study will inform the nursing profession in terms of clinical practice, leadership and policy, research, and education.
 Utilizing a meta-analysis of three randomized controlled trials (RCTs), the authors reported that cognitive training using CSA improves overall cognitive function among older people with MCI. 1 Calligraphy, cognitive, and language trainings werethe cognitively stimulating activities included in the reviewed RCTs which were conducted over the past years in Hong Kong, China, and Greece, respectively. The authors acknowledged that such activities are effective and practical, inexpensive, non- pharmacological approaches to slow down cognitive decline. 1 The strength of the paper is the inclusion of good methodical quality studies and only RCTs which are considered gold standard for evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. However, the authors emphasized that the interpretation of study results requires caution. This is due to the small number of studies reviewed which limits the generalizability of the findings.
 Older people with mild cognitive impairment are at increased risk of dementia since aging is a primary predictor of MCI progression to dementia. 2 The Global Action Plan on the Public Health Response to Dementia 2017-2025 outlined the growing consensus on protective measures which can reduce the risk of cognitive decline and dementia. These measures include healthy lifestyle (e.g., physical activity, balanced diet, smoking, and alcohol cessation), management of hypertension and diabetes, social engagement, and promotion of cognitively stimulating activities and learning. 3 These are aligned with the recommendations of the Lancet Commission which emphasized that dementia prevention is about policy and individuals. Preventive actions require both public health strategies and individually-tailored interventions. 4
 In the Philippines and as mandated by the Republic Act No. 9994 or also known as the Expanded Senior Citizens Act, the Department of Health (DOH) in coordination with relevant stakeholders shall institute a national health program andprovide an integrated health service for senior citizens. 5 The DOH developed the Health and Wellness Program for Senior Citizens 6 and several policies on the care of older people 7,8 . Specific policies relevant to cognition include the 2022 Omnibus Health Guidelines for the Elderly. The guidelines contain the conduct of cognitive stimulation therapy by a psychologist or mental health specialist for people with cognitive decline who may benefit from cognitive stimulation. 7 The implementation of this specific guideline is challenging due to the limited number of health workforce. In particular, there are only approximately 1600 psychologists and 500 psychiatrists serving about 110 million Filipinos. 9
 In the era of and prior to the introduction of evidence-based practice, nurses are one of the major key players in the care of older people. The study of Mamayson and Lacanaria added evidence which will be useful in guiding the current and future professional nursing practice. 1 Nurses can promote cognitive wellness by educating the older patient, family members, and the community on the importance of engaging in appropriate cognitively stimulating activities and the potential benefits of these non-pharmacological approaches. The recommendations on the incorporation of the findings into the gerontology courses, introduction of certification programs for dementia and MCI care specialists, and advocating for policy changes call for action. These recommendations can be put into action in close coordination with the right stakeholders. The involvement of key national government agencies namely Commission on Higher Education, Professional Regulation Commission, Department of Health, National Commission of Senior Citizens, as well as academic institutions, and professional societies such as the Philippine Nurses Association, Gerontology Nurses Association of the Philippines, and the Philippine Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology is crucial.
 The research recommendations outlined by Mamayson and Lacanaria highlighted the conduct of future studies with larger samples, longer follow ups, less language restrictions, and more rigorous analysis. 1 It is notable that no local study oncognitively stimulating activities that was cited or included in the review. Given this, the country should strengthen local evidence generation to develop age-, gender-, culturally-sensitive, and responsive interventions. The most recent NationalUnified Health Research Agenda of the Philippines included geriatric health and tailoring novel mental health interventions to different life-stages as priority topics. 10 This is an opportunity for professional societies, academe, and research institutions to pursue research, contribute to the local evidence base, promote cognitive well-being, and ultimately, improve the care and quality of life of older Filipinos. 

The Effect of Effective Communication with Situation Background Techniques, Assessment, Recommendations on Patient Safety at Bhayangkara Hospital 2024

Effective communication is an important element in professional nursing practice and a major element of patient safety goals because communication is the first cause of patient safety issues. The purpose of this study is to examine effective communication based on situation techniques, background techniques, assessment techniques and recommendation techniques for patient safety at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. Type of research with a cross-sectional approach. Data analysis was performed with SPSS statistical tests using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The sample in this study was 93 people, the sampling technique is a total sampling method.The results of this study showed that the situation technique had an insignificant influence on patient safety at Bhayangkara Kendari hospital with p values of 0.710 > 0.05. The background technique has an insignificant influence on patient safety at Bhayangkara Kendari hospital with p values of 0.234 > 0.05. The assessment technique has a significant influence on patient safety at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital with p values of 0.003 < 0.05. The recommendation technique has a significant influence on patient safety at Bhayangkara Kendari hospital with p values of 0.031 < 0.05. For the nursing profession, the results of this research can improve the quality of service by sharing experiences. Future research will need to explore other factors that affect patient safety, such as infection prevention and fall risk, to support improved hospital care practices.

Healthy work environment: A systematic review informing a nursing professional practice model in the US Military Health System.

The aim of the study was to develop recommendations for creating a healthy work environment based on current literature for nurses working within the US Military Health System (MHS). However, our findings would likely benefit other nursing populations and environments as well. Systematic literature review. We conducted a systematic literature search for articles published between January 2010 until January 2024 from five databases: PubMed, Joanna Briggs, Embase, CINAHL and Scopus. Articles were screened, selected and extracted using Covidence software. Article findings were synthesized to create recommendations for the development, implementation and measurement of healthy work environments. Ultimately, a total of 110 articles met the criteria for inclusion in this review. The articles informed 13 recommendations for creating a healthy work environment. The recommendations included ensuring teamwork, mentorship, job satisfaction, supportive leadership, nurse recognition and adequate staffing and resources. Additionally, we identified strategies for implementing and measuring these recommendations. This thorough systematic review created actionable recommendations for the creation of a healthy work environment. Based on available evidence, implementation of these recommendations could improve nursing work environments. This study identifies methods for implementing and measuring aspects of a healthy work environment. Nurse leaders or others can implement the recommendations provided here to develop healthy work environments in their hospitals, clinics or other facilities where nurses practice. Perceptions of academic staff toward the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in clinical nursing: Assessment method.

Clinical competence is critical to evaluating nursing students' capacity to undertake professional nursing practice in a safe and professional environment without any bias of examiners. Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is used as an assessment method of students' clinical practice skills. The aim of this study is to assess the nursing faculty members' perception toward OSCE to be used as an assessment method of nursing students in their performing of nursing procedures, as well as explore the advantages and disadvantages of OSCE as perceived by study participants. A descriptive cross-sectional study was used among nursing faculty members (N = 73) who participated on a workshop that were conducted by Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC) between January 2022 and March 2023. The mean perception toward OSCE was 105.87 ± 22.02 (p value = 0.001). The majority of faculty members reported a positive perception toward the OSCE (82.2%). The negative perception was significant in gender, age group, level of education, and academic experience (p < 0.05). The majority of faculty members were agree on the advantages of OSCE. OSCE is a vital assessment and an objective method in assessing the student's clinical competence. More studies exploring the differences of OSCE perceptions and participant's characteristics are required.

Surgical safety checklist compliance process as a moral hazard: An institutional ethnography.

Charting is an essential component of professional nursing practice and is arguably a key element of patient safety in surgery: without proper, objective, and timely documentation, both benign and tragical errors can occur. From surgery on wrong patients to wrong limbs, to the omission of antibiotics administration, many harms can happen in the operating room. Documentation has thus served as a safeguard for patient safety, professional responsibility, and professional accountability. In this context, we were puzzled by the practices we observed with respect to charting compliance with the surgical safety checklist (SSC) during a study of surgical teams in a large, urban teaching hospital in Canada (pseudonym 'C&C'). This article leverages institutional ethnography and a subset of data from a larger study to describe and explain the social organisation of the system that monitored surgical safety compliance at C&C from the standpoint of operating room nurses. This data included fieldnotes from observations of 51 surgical cases, on-the-spot interviews with nurses, formal interviews with individuals who were involved in the design and implementation of the SSC, and open-ended questions from two rounds of survey of OR teams. We found that the compliance form and not the SSC itself formed the basis for reporting. To meet hospital accuracy in charting goals and legislated compliance documentation reporting requirements nurses 'pre-charted' compliance with the surgical checklist. The adoption of this workaround technically violated nursing charting principles and put them in ethically untenable positions. Documenting compliance of the SSC constituted a moral hazard, constrained nurses' autonomy and moral agency, and obscured poor checklist adherence. The findings highlight how local and extra local texts, technologies and relations create ethical issues, raise questions about the effectiveness of resulting data for decision-making and contribute to ongoing conversations about nursing workarounds.

Content analysis of the nursing diagnosis of ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion in patients with diabetic foot.

To analyse the content of the nursing diagnosis ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion in patients with diabetic foot. A methodological study with a quantitative approach was performed. The analysis was performed between January and May 2021 by 34 nurses with clinical/theoretical/research experience with diabetes or nursing diagnoses. These nurses evaluated the relevance, clarity and precision of 12 diagnosis-specific etiological factors, 22 clinical indicators and their conceptual and operational definitions. All 12 etiological factors analysed were considered relevant to diagnostic identification. However, five showed inconsistencies regarding the clarity or precision of the operational definitions, requiring adjustments. Regarding the 22 clinical indicators evaluated, all of them presented a Content Validity Index (CVI) that was statistically significant. However, in the indicators, the colour does not return to lowered limb after 1 min of leg elevation, and cold foot had Content Validity Index (CVI) <0.9 regarding relevance and accuracy of operational definitions. Twelve etiological factors and 22 clinical indicators were validated. Thus, this study revealed new and relevant aspects characterising peripheral perfusion in patients with diabetic foot that have not yet been clinically validated. This study contributes to support the professional practice of nurses through the early identification of etiological factors and clinical indicators in persons with diabetic foot. As a proposal, we suggest the inclusion of new defining characteristics and related factors for the nursing diagnosis ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion in the NANDA-I taxonomy. The research highlights new and relevant aspects such as etiological factors and clinical indicators to characterise peripheral perfusion in patients with diabetic foot. Based on these findings, clinical validation is recommended to confirm the relevance of the proposed elements in the population studied for greater reliability and improved diagnostic assessment for the professional practice of nurses. Healthcare Quality Received by Insured Patients in Two Indonesian Regional Public Hospitals.

Background: Hospitals are required to improve the quality of health services provided to patients. Purpose: Evaluating and comparing the healthcare quality received by insured patients hospitalized in two Indonesian regional public hospitals. Methods: Secondary data analysis used the 2019 and 2020 Indonesian National Health Insurance e-claim databases of Hospital A and Hospital B. Descriptive and crosstabs analyses were used to determine INA-CBGs diagnoses that were categorized as high volume, high risk, and high cost. Results: The admissions that caused financial loss at the Hospital A were 21.1% in 2019 and 19.8% in 2020, while 30.3% in 2019 and 27.5% at the Hospital B. More than 60% of these admissions were placed in the 3rd class of inpatient wards of the two hospitals. Of these admissions, < 5% at the Hospital A and >5% at the Hospital B were readmitted within 30 days, although more than 90% were previously discharged based on physicians' approval. Conclusions: Inadequate healthcare quality received by insured patients. Hence, an integrated clinical pathways based professional nursing practice model is highly recommended to increase patient outcomes and decrease 30 days hospital readmission rates.

Partnering Research and Clinical Practice to Implement a Photon-Counting Detector CT Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Study

Implementation of research studies in clinical practice may encounter institutional, cultural, or resource barriers. Lack of nursing representation during the development of research protocols and decision-making, as well as financial constraints and competing priorities can impact translating research evidence into practice. At a large Midwestern teaching hospital, these barriers are addressed using professional nursing practice and a team-based approach to patient care and innovation, which in turn improves health outcomes for patients. The institution's commitment to nursing research in the radiology department aids in the implementation of innovative imaging technologies with the potential for improved detection and diagnosis of coronary artery disease. This article will outline radiology nursing involvement in the development of a dual-purpose research and clinical exam utilizing advanced computed tomography scanner technology. This article will also show how the institution works through common barriers to nursing research and how its efforts aid in the translation of evidence-based research into clinical practice.

Toward A Fuller Definition for the Science of Nursing Education Through Hermeneutical Analysis.

Authors writing about the science of nursing education have tended to focus extensionally, describing and analyzing the significance and benefits of nurse educators' unique, individual teaching endeavors, rather than clarifying their perceptions of the intensional core essence of the science itself. As a result, communal thinking about the science of nursing education and its implications for student learning are constrained. Methods: Hermeneutical analysis of published reports and narratives supported identification of a provisional, intensionally oriented definition of the science guiding nurse educators' disciplinary practice. The emerging definition was "study of nurse educators' mindful implementation of effective and meaningful learning opportunities to enculturate graduates for practice excellence guided by nursing's disciplinary knowledge." A working, intensional definition of the science of nursing education emphasizes qualities central to nurse educators' practice, ultimately contributing to preparing graduates for professional nursing practice. Reflection in Professional Practice and Education in Engineering, Nursing, and Teaching

Background: Critical reflection is an essential curricular component for learning from experience that determines placement quality in postsecondary experiential learning placements. However, there are poor empirical connections between the use of critically reflective processes and learning outcomes. Purpose: This research explored reflective processes professionals use in their practice and how these processes compare with the reflective activities postsecondary instructors in professional faculties use during experiential learning. Methodology/Approach: This collective case study used focus group interviews, field notes, and professional grey literature to examine the research questions. Findings/Conclusions: Professional training programs must align their reflective practices with more integrated and holistic models of reflective practice to better mirror the professional skills demanded in professional practice contexts. Professionals in context-laden professional environments should integrate reflective activities into their practice based on emergent, iterative, and cocreative models that are more like their lived realities at work. Reflective practices which better fit and mirror these lived realities may lead to better connections between reflective activities and work outcomes. Implications: Professional environments are complex, dynamic, and affected by contextual factors. New integrated and holistic models of reflective experience should replace the separated, stepwise, or automatic models that have guided reflective practices in the past.

Hesitancy among Iranian nursing students regarding future career trajectory: a qualitative analysis

BackgroundThe shortage of skilled nurses is a major concern for health systems worldwide. This may be partly due to the hesitancy of some nurses to enter or remain in the nursing career. This shortage consequently reduces the quality of standard patient care, increases patients’ length of stay in a hospital, increases medical costs, and results in patients’ dissatisfaction. This study aimed to explore hesitancy among senior undergraduate nursing students to pursue a career in nursing.MethodsThis qualitative study adopted a thematic analysis approach. The population comprised senior undergraduate nursing students at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, who indicated that they were hesitant to pursue a career in nursing. The study sampling was performed from May 2021 till February 2022 and continued until data saturation. Twenty-four interviews were conducted with the selected students. The attributes related to hesitancy among senior undergraduate nursing students to pursue a career in nursing were extracted as themes and sub-themes.ResultsFour themes were identified: academic idiosyncrasies, individual characteristics, poor nursing market regulations (sub-themes: nursing as a tough and intense career, and unfavorable employment contracts), and the peculiarities of the workplace (sub-themes: conflict within work environment, and barriers to professional nursing practice).ConclusionsThe findings of this study showed that senior undergraduate nursing students weigh their future career options from various academic, personal, professional, and work environment dimensions. The findings provide new insights for decision makers to design and implement innovative strategies to promote retention in nursing careers. We recommend to provide academic counseling for all students and applicants of nursing before they enter the nursing education. Furthermore, we suggest to improve study and work environments, and to implement incentive programs to enhance enthusiasm of nursing students for pursuing a nursing career.

It primarily impacts individuals engaging in risky behavior and healthcare workers directly or indirectly involved in providing services to these patients. This paper will present information from pertinent professional and scientific sources on hepatitis B, preventive measures, and the role of nurses in their implementation. This review paper is a valuable contribution, providing recommendations and insights derived from the professional practice of nurses across all levels of healthcare.

[Application and Development of a Chinese Medicine Meridian and Acupoint Intervention in Nursing Practice].

Chinese medicine advocates a holistic and comprehensive approach that emphasizes differential diagnosis, treatment, and nursing as well as a diverse range of healthcare options. Within Chinese medicine, acupuncture techniques targeting meridians and acupoints are recognized as a suitable healthcare modality for promoting health, preventing diseases, and managing existing conditions. This article was designed to explore the practical application and advancement of acupuncture related to meridians and acupoints in the field of nursing. After introducing the development and current landscape of Chinese medicine healthcare, the application of acupoint stimulation within the context of Chinese medicinal nursing is discussed, taking into account clinical expertise, patient preferences, and safety concerns. Next, empirical findings on the impact of acupoint stimulation interventions are presented in hopes of translating clinical knowledge into evidence-based practice. Lastly, future prospects and investments in Chinese medicinal nursing are outlined. Within the realm of professional nursing practice, attaining proficiency in meridian and acupoint interventions requires comprehensive expertise and skills. Healthcare professionals in the nursing field should contemplate enhancing their knowledge and competencies in Chinese medicinal nursing. By providing the best evidence-based care, possessing specialized expertise, and taking patient preferences into account, the quality and completeness of evidence-based healthcare may be improved.

Healthy Workplaces for Nurses: A Review of Lateral Violence and Evidence-Based Interventions

Most nurses in the United States have experienced workplace bullying, also referred to as lateral violence. Workplace bullying is serious within professional nursing practice. These behaviors are often associated with detrimental consequences for nurses, their patients, and the greater health care organization. We performed a literature review to summarize recent studies on this pervasive yet persistent problem as well as evidence-based solutions. In environments where managers, supervisors, and administrators are unable or unwilling to address lateral violence, a common pattern is that offenders continue to target new employees and cause turmoil for workers and patients in healthcare settings. This work environment also causes harm and endangers patients. Although workplace bullying cannot be fixed with just one solution, there are different initiatives healthcare settings and educational institutions can implement to help prevent and eliminate workplace bullying, such as improving leadership training and interprofessional communication. Once these initiatives are put into practice, healthcare practices can start saving money, increasing employee satisfaction, retaining workers, and providing better healthcare services for their patients.

Development of the Patient Advocacy Scale for Intensive Care Nurses.

Background and Purpose: To describe the process of developing and validating the content of the Patient Advocacy Scale for Nurses in Intensive Care (EAPEnf-UTI). Methods: Methodological research. To achieve the elaboration objective, five stages were developed: (a) definition of the theme, (b) generation of the number of items, (c) determination of the measurement format, (d) validation of face and content, and (e) content adjustment. Results: The instrument elaborated from a survey and integrative literature review, and the measurement format chosen was the 5-point Likert scale. The validation of face and content was performed by expert judges and by pretest. The final instrument had 57 items. Conclusion: EAPEnf-UTI is a pioneering instrument built in the Brazilian context, whose future validation will allow the capturing of situations specific to intensive care units and the professional practice of intensive care nurses.

Training and Professional Practice of Nurses in Soviet Estonia in Light of Their Ideological Context

Background data. In 1940–1941 and 1945–1991 Estonian territory was occupied by Soviet Russia. The “new period of awakening” was initiated under Gorbachev’s perestroika and glasnost (1985–1991), leading to democratization. Aim. This qualitative study aimed to analyze the training and professional activity of nurses in Soviet Estonia against the background of ideology. Method. The research was conducted in 2021 and 2023. The authors surveyed senior nurses who worked during the Soviet era for at least 20 years. There were written and oral thematic interviews, as well as a focus group interview were conducted. A thematic content analysis was carried out. Results. During the Soviet era the training of nurses occured within vocational training institutions. The curricula underwent a shift towards a Soviet-oriented approach. A significant portion of lessons were dedicated to imparting knowledge on the principles and tenets of Communist-Marxist ideology. Therefore, practical subjects were frequently allocated limited space. In the Soviet Union politics and healthcare were tightly linked. The nurses were required to attend party meetings, which were often conducted in Russian, and it was mandatory to commemorate Soviet anniversaries. The activities of the nurses were monitored, and nurses were strictly required to fulfill their duties and orders without exercising personal initiative. In the Soviet period all nurses were members of trade unions and the Estonian SSR Society of Medical Nurses (ESN).

Completeness Of Nursing Evaluation Documentation In Integrated Patient Development Records In Diabetes Mellitus Patients In A Palembang Hospital

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that has increased to 76.77% globally. Patients with diabetes mellitus need continuous Care in the nursing process. Documentation of integrated diabetes mellitus nursing evaluation in progress notes is a communication tool in integrated Care carried out by professional caregivers in providing health services to diabetes patients. Incomplete documentation will form an unfavorable framework that will exacerbate the PPA framework because documentation is essential for the professional practice of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and nutritionists to avoid unexpected events (KTD), medication errors Hospital intervention errors. Objectives: This study looks at the factors that most influence PPA in documenting integrated patient development records in the Inpatient Room of A Hospital Palembang. Research Methods: The research design is a non-experimental or analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted from April 27, 2023, to May 17, 2023. The population in this study were caregivers consisting of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and nutritionists. The sampling technique for this study was proportional random sampling with a total sample of 72. The data analysis used was Chi-Square. Results: The description of the results of this study shows that the research conducted at Hospital A found Integrated Patient Progress Notes completeness by four professional care providers but incomplete integrated patient progress notes filling was found at 76.4% Conclusion: Obtained incomplete documentation of integrated patient progress notes at Hospital A Palembang.
